January Community Service Project
The Bob Richards Regional Youth Detention Center will be the January community service project.
They need books for elementary through high school, games, art supplies, shampoo/conditioner, Christian videos, and basketballs.

Board Store at the GRBR Office
GAMLS has installed a glass cabinet filled with real estate related items to purchase conveniently in Rome! We have several franchise items too. If there is something you would like and we don’t have it, we can order it for you. For an inventory of the items GAMLS stocks go to www.gamls.com, click on supplies, online purchases, use your Login, then select GA E-Commerce Supply Center. All items are broken down by category.

new daughter.

Congratulations - Award Recipients
Congratulations to Cheryl Sullins, who was presented with the 2006 Humanitarian of the Year Award. Jim Harrington, Sr. was installed into the Hall of Fame. The 2006 REALTOR® of the Year award was presented to Tom Wise.
The Christmas Luncheon on December 6 was a wonderful celebration with our largest attendance. We had 250 reservations!
The dues statements have been sent to all offices. If you have not received your dues statement, call the Board Office immediately. Dues must be paid by February 2, 2007 to avoid a late charge.
