To meet the new requirements mandated by NAR the required Code of Ethics will be included in the morning session of New Member Orientation and the cost for this class is $20.00.
Current agents can also attend this course to earn 3 hours of continuing education, if space permits; however, new agents will have priority seating. This course will satisfy the requirements for ethics training that must be completed by every REALTOR® every four years.
The end of the second training cycle is December 31, 2008 and all members must complete a Code of Ethics course, either on-line or in-class before this deadline. This ethics training is mandated by NAR for continued REALTOR® membership, not by the Georgia Real Estate Commission for license renewal.
